We have a simple and easy to follow price list, there is no small print that cripples you later.

  • £20 a month membership
  • £1.50 per letter handled
  • 80p per page scanned
  • 10% -15%  handling fee of the value of the goods, for example on postage, parcel forwarding and consolidation
  • £5.00 per parcel/package received, plus handling
  • Prime Central London Address, from £25.00 extra
  • (plus VAT if in EU and card fees)

We also welcome requests for bespoke and tailored packages, we want the business and we will do our best to do so. We will beat any genuine like-for-like written quote by 10%.

We take a small refundable deposit when you sign up of £40.00. This is to cover any charges on a daily basis when/if they occur. If the balance reaches £5 or below, we will automatically top it up.

All un-used deposits are immediately refunded when you serve notice to leave us after the mandatory 6 months minimum subscription.

We also use the deposit to cover the costs such as Postage/Couriers, Registered Offices, Companies House Fees, Domain Names etc.

We only charge for scanning 75p per normal page. We class a page as a loose leaf A4 page or smaller, not stapled and not A3 folded. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee to de-staple and slice A3 to A4.

For complex, bulky and legally sensitive documents we reserve the right to charge £1 per page.

Dedicated Admin and Support

For clients who need a virtual real time assistant or clients that need more than 2 hours per day of services, we offer a great personal service from only £375 per week and with only 3 months rolling notice. You get dedicated support, telephone answering, out-bound admin and sales support queries. Courier booking and daily visits to the Post Office and Banks.

All charges are added up weekly and charged from a minimum of £375 per week spend on services (excluding couriers, postage & other fees).

We even give you a dedicated UK telephone number to divert your calls too, so that it can be answered in your name and/or your company. We will pro-actively manage your diary/calendar and send out literature.
